Reasonably priced Spring Pull-Down sink mixer recommendations

We are currently using a spare Hansa mixer in the laundry but I would like to replace it with a spring pull down type, similar to the Methven one below. However, I don't want to spend too much, so the Methven one is out of question.

Any recommendations for a reasonably priced, but good quality spring pull down type mixer?

The only reasonably priced ones I've seen look "wonky", and don't sit properly, in a perfect U-shape. Instead the hose is pulled closer to the base where it hooks on.

  1. My local Reece store has one, I remember seeing it on display but can't remember the brand. It's not showing up on their NSW website. Might be worth a squizz in your state? Tapware is one of those things that 'you get what you pay for' so be carefull selecting anything under $250 and make sure it meets Aussie standards if buying from discounters. x KL

    1. Ahhhh. I thought that might be the case...

      I mean, I didn't mind investing in Hansa and Methven for the bathrooms and kitchen but for some reason when it comes to the laundry I just don't want to spend as much. I've had a ... not so great experience with Reece, so will first check out Tradelink. Reece's prices for the exact same items are always a LOT more expensive than Tradelink :S
